  不銹鋼4-72C型離心式通風機可輸送空氣和其它不自燃的、對人體無害的、對鋼材無腐蝕性的氣體。氣體內(nèi)不允許有粘性物質(zhì)，所含塵土及硬質(zhì)顆粒物不大于150mg/m3。氣體溫度不得超過80℃該風機廣泛適用于工礦企業(yè)、大型建筑物、賓館酒樓等室內(nèi)通風換氣排煙。
  產(chǎn)品型式:本公司號有NO2.8、3.2、3.6、4、4.5、5、5.6、6、6.3、7.1、8、10、12十三種。可制成右旋和左旋兩種型式，葉輪順時針旋轉(zhuǎn)，稱為右旋風機。以“右”表示，葉輪逆時針旋轉(zhuǎn)，稱為左旋風機，以“左”表示。風機的出口位置，以機殼的出風角度表示。4-72NO2.8-10出廠時均做成多種型式，可根據(jù)使用單位要求安裝成所需的位置，即出風口位置調(diào)整范圍0°~225°間隔是22.5°或45°，即（0°、45°、90°、135°、180°、225°）共六種。NO7.1-10根據(jù)用戶需求制成一種方向角度。風機的傳動方式為C式。
  結(jié)構(gòu)特點:本風機主要由葉輪、機殼、進風口、機架、軸承箱等皮帶傳動而組成。葉輪：由10個后傾斜的機翼型葉片、曲線型前盤和平板后盤組成。并經(jīng)過動平衡校正，氣動性能，故運轉(zhuǎn)平衡、振動小、效率高、壽命長等特點。機殼：用鋼板焊成蝸型殼體。進風口：制成整體（全部模具成型），裝于風機的側(cè)面，于軸向平行的戴面未曲線形狀，能使氣體順利進入葉輪，且損失較小。傳動組：由主軸、軸承箱、聯(lián)軸器等。主軸由優(yōu)質(zhì)鋼制成，軸承箱整體結(jié)構(gòu)，采用滾動軸承，分為水冷和油冷兩種。
